Macquarie Park is located 12kms North West of the Sydney CBD and is well served by the M2 Hills Motorway and three railway stations.  Macquarie Park train station is 400 metres from the property. This four level office building consists of 3,887m2 net lettable area and parking for 93 vehicles. It was built in 1999 and then extensively upgraded in 2015 and 2018.

Having paid $14.56 million in September 2015 and sold for $26.25 million in December of 2019, the $11.69 million increase in value is substantially higher than we forecast at the time of purchase.

This 4 year investment has delivered a 19.14% internal rate of return to our investors per annum.
