The John Street Marina Car Park is a multi-level car park located between John Street and the foreshore in North Fremantle. It was constructed and retained by the Lester Group as part of The Moorings luxury apartment project.

It has subsequently been leased to West Coast Marinas, the operator of John Street Marina, for a twenty year term.
